International orders (outside of the US) are not eligible for any returns at this time.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return. Unless your product arrived damaged or in a non-satisfactory condition, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping which will be deducted from your final refund. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging to be returned; if we determine an item has not met these criteria, we will contact the customer to notify them. Rod & Flame will refund customers for the price of the product plus tax once returned. Please note that Rod & Flame cannot refund the original shipping costs, and that return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing once the return has been received by our warehouse.
Customers have 8 days from the date of receipt to initiate their return request. Once a return request has been made, customers have 14 days to initiate the return of their item by mail. Returns initiated after this window will not be processed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the order address, however, we will do our best to assist you. Please contact us email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns initiated but not deemed by Rod & Flame to be resalable at full retail value will not be processed. Return initiators will be notified and will be responsible for claiming their product.
Without exception, sale items - including items purchased using any discount codes (except for welcome discount) are non-refundable and considered FINAL SALE.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
All refunds will be processed upon receipt of return at Rod & Flame within 7-10 business days. The cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from the refund total.

Our customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will repair or replace any and all products that are defective as a result of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org let us know what the issue is and we’ll do our best to replace the item quickly. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
