We ship Monday - Friday. If you place an order for overnight
delivery, please note it will ship on the first available business day.
Overnight orders must be received at 12pm EST to ship same day. All
standard orders are typically processed and shipped in 2 to 3 business
days. As soon as your package is scanned by our shipping
department, you’ll be able to see relevant tracking information and a
shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. We currently ship
worldwide. Please note international shipping rates are calculated on our
site directly by UPS. Our prices do not include customs or duties for

government upon receiving your package. We are unable to estimate what this
cost may be as it is handled by individual government agencies. If you have any

If you would like to return an

like to return. **International orders are not eligible for returns at this
time** Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return, less the cost of
return shipping. Rod & Flame will refund customers for the price of
the product plus tax once returned. Please note that Rod & Flame
cannot refund the original shipping costs, and that return shipping costs will
be deducted from the final refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for return
processing once the return has been received.
We are not able to offer exchanges at this time.
