If you want to return an item purchased on rodandflame.com, you have 8 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All refunds will be processed upon receipt of return at Rod and Flame within 7-10 business days. The cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from the refund total.
